All scientific content will be available on-demand on the platform until November 30, 2020.
Is the mid-congress symposium also available on demand after the broadcasting?
Yes, all scientific content will be available until November 30, 2020. This also includes all Mid-Congress Symposia.
Please keep in mind, that for the Mid-Congress Symposia, an additional ticket needs to be purchased (regardless whether they are watched live or on demand)
In which time zone is the programme?
The times announced are based on the time zone of Vienna.
October 22-24 = CEST (Central European Summer Time)
October 25-30 = CET (Central European Time)
The time is also always displayed at the top of the screen.
I am a young nuclear medicine professional. Is there a specific programme or specific activities for me?
The Educational Track on Channel 7 is mainly composed for our younger participants, consisting of Pitfalls & Artefacts Sessions, Teaching Sessions and the EANM Young Daily forum. In addition to that, you can buy an extra ticket to watch the Mid-Congress Symposia 8 & 12, specially designed from and for youngsters.
I am a technologist. Is there a specific programme for me?
Please look for Channel 4 which contains our Technologists’ Track Content. In addition to it, you may want to purchase an extra ticket for the Mi-Congress Symposium 13 on Channel 3 on Oct 28.
How can I interact with Industry?
On the booth of each company, there is a chat available to communicate with the companies. If no one is online, your question will be answered via email.

Where can I register for the EANM’20 Congress?
You can register for the congress in your myEANM area on https://myeanm.eanm.org/ (via clicking on Individual Registration).
What is the deadline to register for the EANM’20 Congress?
Registration will be open until the last day of the congress (October 30, 2020). Please be aware that during congress days only credit card payment is allowed. It is recommended to register before the actual start of the congress to allow time in case of errors/questions.
My registration type is not correct. What can I do now?
In case of overpayment due to choosing the wrong registration type, no refund will be granted. In case of registering within a wrong registration type (lower fee due to wrong ticket type), the correct ticket type will automatically replace the wrong registration and the respective higher price will become applicable.
I would like to get the EANM member discount for the registration. What can I do?
The membership application for 2020 is already closed. Membership renewal for 2021 will be possible in October.
I am looking for Press registration/accreditation.
There is no dedicated press registration at the EANM’20 Virtual Congress.

CME Credits & Certificate of Attendance
Has the Congress been CME accredited?
The EANM’20 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 31 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
The EANM’20 – Mid-Congress Symposia have been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 2 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
To acquire CME credits, an evaluation form must also be completed for each session attended.

How can participants in the United States of America and Canada claim credits?
Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org/education/earn-credit-participation-international-activities.
Live educational activities occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC® credits are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
How many CME credits can I get and how can I claim them?
You will receive one credit for each hour you have spent online during the congress. With a maximum of 6 credits per day as defined by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical.
Can I get CME points if I watch the session later on (on-demand)?
No, CME Credits can only be collected during the live programme.
How can I retrieve my certificate of attendance?
You will need to complete a questionnaire to receive your certificate. The questionnaire and instructions will be sent to you after the congress.
I have attended Session X and my Evaluation does not show up?
Please make sure that you watch 100% of the CME Session / Mid-Congress Symposia live in order to receive the evaluation. Switching device / opening a second browser/tab may lead to the result, that your attendance is not monitored anymore.

Are there any subtitles available?
All presentations are held in English. Subtitles are not available. You can re-watch the presentation again later on-demand.
